Singapore firm eyeing stake in Jambi oil field

Singapore firm Richland Group Limited said on Wednesday it had appointed Helix RDS Sdn Bhd as independent advisor in relation to plan to acquire stake in a company that have stake in Jambi oil field.

Richland on march 3, 2008 signed letter of intent to acquire 75 percent shares of Elnusa Tristar Ramba Limited, the operator of Ramba TAC in Jambi.(alex)
