Singapore's SP Corp forms Indonesian mining contractor subsidiary

Singapore Exchange-listed firm SP Corporation Limited announced on Monday the formation of Indonesian subsidiary PT. SP Mining & Engineering (PT SPME) with a paid-up capital of USD100,000.

The company said PT SPME would engage in coal mining activities such as removal of overburden, extraction and

transportation of coal, provision of management and consultancy services for mining plant and facilities and general mining support services.

SP Corporation Limited is a subsidiary of Singapore's Tuan Sing Holdings Limited, a diversified marketing, engineering and industrial services group.(alex)
