Six gas agreements to be signed today

Interim upstream authority SK MIGAS is scheduled to host a signing ceremony of several gas sale and purchase agreements today (Wednesday, 26th December 2012) at the headquarters of the energy and mineral resources ministry.
SK MIGAS Public Relations, Security and Formality Division Head Hadi Prasetyo told Petromindo.com on Wednesday morning that there would be six agreements to be signed.
First, a head of agreement (HOA) of liquefied natural gas (LNG) between the state utility PT PLN as the buyer and BP Berau Ltd as the seller under a planned 20-year contract from 2013 at a gas volume of 23,96 million tons.
Second, a sale and purchase agreement of LPG between the state oil and gas company PT Pertamina as the seller and the production sharing contractors (PSC)-- Mahakam, Sanga-sanga, and Inpex Attaka under a one-year contract (2013) at a volume of 0.4 million tons.
Third, the sale and purchase agreement of LPG between state oil and gas company PT Pertamina as the buyer and PCN Jabung Ltd as the seller under a one-year contract (2013) at a volume of 0.6 million tons.
Fourth, a sale and purchase agreement of LPG between PT Pertamina as the buyer and PCN Bermuda Ltd as the seller under a one-year contract (2013) at a volume of 0.003 million tons.
Fifth, a gas sale and purchase agreement between PT Pembangkit Jawa-Bali as the buyer and PT Pertamina as the seller under a three-year contracta t a volume of 44,433 mmscfd.
Sixth, a sale and purchase agreement of crude oil (amendment) between PT Pertamina as the buyer and Mobil Cepu Ltd as the seller under a six-year contract at the volume of 26.9 million bbls.
