SKK Migas approves termination of 25 PSCs

Upstream authority SKK Migas has granted the requests from oil and gas contractors for termination of contracts on 25 conventional and nonconventional blocks.
According to a document presented by SKK Migas? spokesperson Taslim Z. Yunus, the 25 PSCs are as follows:
Conventional PSCs:
1. South Madura PSC (South Madura Exploration Co.; signed 2003)
2. Northern Papua PSC (Sarmi Papua Asia Oil Ltd.; signed 2009)
3. Merangin I PSC (PT Medco EP; signed 2003)
4. Kerapu PSC (Pearl Oil Ltd.; signed 2008)
5. Karapan PSC (Amstelco Karapan Pte Ltd; signed 2010)
6. East Kangean PSC (Greenstar Asset Ltd.; signed 2005)
7. South Mtindok PSC (Niko Resources; signed 2008)
8. South East Ganal I PSC (Niko Resources; signed 2008)
9. Semai V PSC (Niko Resources; 2008)
