SKK Migas chief to dismiss three senior officials

Upstream oil and gas authority SKK Migas Chief Amin Sunaryadi has instructed three senior officials to tender resignation, according to a source familiar with the matter.

The source told petromindo.com on Wednesday the three SKK Migas officials included Deputy for Operational Control Muliawan (one name), Head of Natural Gas Commercialization Division Sampe L. Purba, and Sulistya Hastuti, Vice President Management Representative ConocoPhillips.

?The SKK Migas chief is said to have instructed Sampe L. Purba, Sulistya Hastuti, and Muliawan to resign from their posts. No one knows for certain what the reasons are,? the source said.

Amin declined to respond to a query made by petromindo.com. Sampe was shocked to hear the news. ?Where did you get the information, I?ve just heard it,? he said. Muliawan and Sulistya declined to comment.

Head of Public Relations at SSK Migas, Taslim Yunus responded only briefly, ?Where did the news come from??.
