SKK Migas evaluates POD-1 of Randugunting block

Upstream authority SKK Migas said it has received the first plan of development (POD-1) of the Randugunting block, East Java, from operator PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE).

?SKK Migas has received the POD-1 of Randugunting, and has started evaluation process,? Wisnu Prabawa Tahar, Head of Formality and Public Relations Division at SKK Migas, said on Friday, but did not provide details.

PHE completed in January drilling of Randugunting (RGT)-2 well in Randugunting block. Production test results show gas find of more than 20 mmscfd at the well, which can be used to meet gas demand in Java.
