SKK Migas, PSCs join forces with BNI

Upstream authority SKK Migas announced that two Trustee and Paying Agent Agreements have been signed on Friday, involving state lender Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) at both deals.

Acting Chairman Johanes Widjonarko said in a statement that the first deal was the transaction involving the sales of gas from Offshore North West Java (ONWJ) block to PT Pertamina, valued at US$21 million for three years.

The second transaction involves the sales of gas from PT Energi Mega Persada-operated Bentu block to state utility firm PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara, PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP) and regional government owned firm Tuah Sekata. Annual transaction from this agreement reaches U$58.8 million.
