SKK Migas says several wells show hydrocarbon indication

Upstream authority SKK Migas, said that several wells drilled and tested during the first half of this year have shown hydrocarbon indications.

Head of Survey and Drilling Division at SKK Migas, Arief Fansuri, told Petromindo.com Thurday that the wells producing oil include Sukowati-23 (PPEJ) with production of 3,300 bopd; Minas 9e-38N (CPI) 3,131 bopd; KE 38-B3 (WMO): 3,100 bopd; NR-38 HZ (PEP): 2,720 bopd; BN-32 (PEP) 2,120 bopd; and NKL-1042 (PEP): 1,791 bopd.

Meanwhile, the wells containing gas include HL-266(tepi) with production rate of 112 mmscfd; RNT-SZ18 (PEP) 64 mmscfd; Kerendan-6 (Salamander) 36 mmscfd; ss-112 (TEPI) 20 mmscfd; and B-1313 (PEP) 8 mmscfd.

?These are the results of initial production test on several wells in 2013,? Arief said, while adding that a total of 1,178 wells will be drilled and tested this year.
