Power company PT SKS Listrik Kalimantan, an indirect subsidiary of IDX-listed energy and infrastructure firm PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), has obtained loan facilities from the latter company and Bank Mandiri.

DSSA said in a statement Friday it has agreed to provide a five-year loan facility worth Rp 100 billion to SKS. The loan has an interest rate of 10.5 percent per year, subject to further review from time to time, it added.

?The main purpose of the loan facility is to support the working capital of PT SKS Listrik Kalimantan,? DSSA said.

DSSA also said in a separate statement Friday that SKS had on May 18 signed Credit Investment Facilities with commitment up to US$265,700,000 for 10-year period, and Bank Guarantee Facility of Rp.45,000,000,000 to support project development.

?Those facilities are secured by, among others, SLK machinery and equipment fiduciary, and SLK receivables fiduciary,? the statement said.
