SMI secures Rp500 bln loan from CCB Indonesia

Infrastructure financing firm PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) has signed a Rp500 billion ($29.6 million) credit facility agreement with PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk to strengthen its corporate working capital and support development financing, the companies said.
The loan agreement was signed on Jan. 28, 2026, as part of SMI’s efforts to expand partnerships with the banking sector and enhance its capital capacity.
SMI said the facility reflects lenders’ confidence in the company’s credibility and track record in managing development financing. The additional working capital is expected to support SMI’s role in promoting sustainable infrastructure development and contributing to national economic growth.

The signing was attended by Aradita Priyanti, Director of Operations and Finance at SMI, and representatives from CCB Indonesia including Dennis Pratama Setiawan, Corporate Banking 2 Division Head, Sanggam Naipospos, Credit Legal & Custody Department Head, and Zhu Yong, Corporate & International Banking Director.
SMI added that it will continue to seek strategic partnerships to broaden its funding base and strengthen its ability to finance priority infrastructure projects across Indonesia.
