Soetikno named new PGN president

Shareholders of publicly-listed state owned gas distribution and transmission company PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) chose on Friday Soetikno as the company?s new president to replace WMP Simanjuntak.

Soetikno, who was company director of general affairs during Simanjuntak leadership, will also act as director of entrepreneurship, according to sources who attended the company?s extraordinary shareholders meeting.

Soetikno will be assisted by Joko Pramono as financial and general affairs director and Adil Abbas as development director.

Simanjuntak was elected as company new commissioner. (Godang/Denny)
