Southern Arc completes $3 million placement

Canadian junior miner Southern Arc Minerals Inc. announced on Tuesday the completion of C$ $3,030,000 private placement.
The Company plans to use the net proceeds of the Offering for exploration and development expenditures on its mineral properties in Indonesia and for general working capital.
The company has several gold exploration tenements in West and East Nusa Tenggara provinces. (alex)
