Southern Arc raises $3 million from placement

Vancouver-based junior exploration firm Southern Arc Minerals Inc. announced Monday it had negotiated a private placement for gross proceeds of C$3,030,000.
The proceeds from this financing will be used for exploration and development on the Company's mineral properties in Indonesia and for general working capital.
The company has several gold exploration licences in West and East Nusa Tenggara provinces. (alex)
