SPC to build fuel storage in Indonesia

Singapore Petroleum Co. Ltd. (SPC) will establish fuel storages in Banten province, a government official said on Wednesday as quoted by agency.

Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources senior official Ery Soemarno said that SPC and its Indonesian partners Redeco Corp. and JSX-listed firm AKR Corp. will invest between US$3 million-6 million in the project.

He said that the fuel to be put in the storage will be from Singapore and then the company will directly market it to industry.

He did not give detail about the storage's capacity.(*)
