Straits reports increased gold production from Mt. Muro

Australian miner Straits Resources Limited announced on Thursday that production of Mount Muro gold mine in Central Kalimantan reached 17,502 ounces in the scond quarter of this year, a 72 percent jump from previous quarter.
The company said that cash costs were US$338 per ounce.
?The processing plant continued to perform within expectations, treating 71,000 tonnes of ore during the quarter via single ball mill, the company said.
Straits has 100 percent stake at Mount Muro. (alex)
