STX Pan Ocean wins $20m coal shipment deal

South Korean shipping firm listed at the Singapore Exchange STX Pan Ocean announced on Wednesday that it has won a US$20 million contract with Korea South East Power for three years.
The company will carry 1 million tonnes of steaming coal annually from Indonesia, Russia and other regions to South Korea over the term of the contract.
The contract will start February 2009. (alex)
