Sugih announces new boards of commissioners and directors

IDX-listed oil and gas firm PT Sugih Energy Tbk?s shareholders meeting on Thursday approved new Boards of Commissioners and Directors.

The shareholders accepted the resignation of Fachmi Zarkasi and Ferdinand Terdy as directors and Mangatas Panjaitan as commissioner.

The Boards of Directors and Commissioners are as follows:

Ir. Riyanto Soewarno - President Director
Wally Abdulah Saleh - Director
DR. Chia Hsin Wu ? Independent director
Pedro Flames Omarrementeria ? Director
Ir. Indra Wijaya - Director

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Eros Djarot ? President commissioner
Andhika Anindyaguna- commissioner
Ir. Leo Nababan ? independent commissioner
Ferederik Siahaan ? commissioner

The shareholders also accepted the financial statement which reports the firm?s 2015 net loss of US$38.66 million.

Sugih holds participating interest in the Selat Panjang PSC block (55 percent, joint operator), PSC block (49 percent, non-operator) and the Kalyani PSC block (85 percent, operator).
