Sugih Energy?s subsidiary signs JOA with Pertamina

Eurorich Group Ltd, which is 51 percent owned IDX-listed firm PT Sugih Energy Tbk., signed on Aug. 19, 20013 the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) with PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Kalyani (PHEK) on Kalyani block.

Kalyani is 85 percent owned by British Virgin Island-based Eurorich, which also serves as operator, 15 percent by PHEK.

Sugih said in a statement on Wednesday that it hoped the cooperation between Eurorich and PHEK will contribute significant revenue to its revenue in the coming years.
