Sugih Energy sells shares in subsidiary

PT Sugih Energy, IDX-listed company that engages in the exploration and production of oil and natural gas, has signed the sales of 8,682 shares it owns in PT Resources Jaya Teknis Management Indonesia.
In a filing to the Indonesian Stock Exchange on Friday, the firm said the shares were sold to a ?third party? and were fully paid for on Sept. 25, 2013.
In June this year, the firm announced it had acquired a 51 percent stake in the firm which provides supporting services, in particular rigs, to oil and gas contractors from PT Parwa Nusantara Technology. Sugih did not specify the percentage of the 8,682 shares to the total shares in the company.
