Sugih shareholders appoint new board of directors, commissioners

Shareholders of IDX-listed oil and gas firm PT Sugih Energy Tbk at an extraordinary shareholders meeting on December 16 appointed new members of the company?s board of directors and commissioners.

Sugih Corporate Secretary Burhananto Soenarno told Petromindo.com on Thursday that the new board of directors comprise of Supriyanto as President Director, Vice President Director Rahman Akil, and Director Andhika Anindyaguna.

Meanwhile, the new board of commissioners include President Commissioner Erros Djarot, Vice President Commissioner Eteng A. Salam, and Commissioner Agus Sigit Kusnadi.

As has been reported by this portal, last month majority of investors in Sugih had proposed to revamp the company?s board of directors in bid to improve corporate governance.
