Sumber Energi director resigns

PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (IDX: ITMA), an Indonesian mining and energy investment company, announced that director Sargato has submitted his resignation from the company's board of directors.
In a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Thursday, the company said it received Sargato's resignation letter on June 11, 2026.
The company did not disclose the reasons for the resignation.
ITMA stated that the resignation will be submitted for shareholder approval at an annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS), which must be convened no later than 90 days after receipt of the resignation letter, in accordance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014.
The company said the resignation would not have any impact on its operational activities, legal standing, financial condition or business sustainability.
