Supraco wins service contract for BP?s Tangguh project

PT Supraco Indonesia, a subsidiary of JSX-listed oil and gas service company PT Radiant Utama Interinsco (RUI), has bagged an operation support services contract from British energy giant BP Plc for its Tangguh LNG project in West Papua.

The contract worth US$20 million would run for two years starting from early 2008 through 2010, RUI?s investor relation officer Coki Lubis told Petromindo.Com on Tuesday.

RUI earlier won from BP a $2.2 million maintenance and data development contract for Tangguh integrated information management system. The contract is running from March 2007until March 2008, he said.

In October 2007, the company also obtained a Rp 15.7 billion contract to provide heavy equipment operation, maintenance and drilling services for oil and gas firm Vico Indonesia. The contract is valid for one year, he added.(denny)
