Surya Essa buys Ogspiras

IDX-listed LPG refinery and gas distribution firm PT Surya Essa Perkasa Tbk announced on Monday that it has on May 24, 2017, acquired 100 percent shares in PT Ogspiras Basya Pratama (OBP).
OBP is company that has license to trade pipe gas.
The company did not disclose acquisition value.
Surya Essa said that the acquisition was affiliated transaction as the sellers Theodore Permadi Rachmat is Surya Essa?s Vice President Commissioner and Ida Bagus Made Putra Jandhana is the company?s Director.
