Local firm PT Swasti Bahari Utama?s license to support offshore oil and gas activities has been frozen by the transportation ministry after allegedly operating 11 supporting offshore vessels using fake use-of-foreign-ship permit (PPKA).
Sunaryo, the director general of sea transportation at the transportation ministry, said on Friday that beside the 11 vessels, all others Swasti?s activities have been prohibited to operate pending a court decision.

On Thursday, the transportation ministry seized the 11 vessels which mostly comprise of crew boats, tug boats and pontoon boats. (*)
