Talisman Q3 production down

Canadian firm Talisman Energy reported on Wednesday its liquid and gas production in Indonesia fell to 73,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd) in the third quarter of 2013, from 76,000 boepd in the second quarter of the year and 78,000 boepd in the same period of last year.
In the first nine months of 2013, the firm?s gas and liquid output averaged 75,000 boepd, down from 79,000 boepd in the same period of last year.
It said in a statement that gas sales are expected to increase after completion of facility upgrades and tie-in work at Corridor during the fourth quarter.
The firm has a 36 percent interest in the ConocoPhillips-operated Corridor block PSC in South Sumatra, a 3.06 percent interest in Tangguh LNG project in West Papua and 25 percent interest in Jambi Merang.
