Talisman records constant production from Indonesian ops

Canadian top oil, gas firm Talisman Energy reported that oil, gas production from its Indonesian operations averaged 71,000 boepd in the first quarter of 2014, in line with the same period last year but down slightly from the previous quarter.

The company said in quarterly report released Wednesday lower fluctuating demand and facility maintenance was offset by a full quarter of production following completion of facility upgrade projects at Corridor in 2013.

The firm has a 36 percent interest in the ConocoPhillips-operated Corridor block PSC in South Sumatra, a 3.06 percent interest in Tangguh LNG project in West Papua and 25 percent interest in Jambi Merang, Jambi.
