Canadian firm Talisman Energy Inc reported on Wednesday that production from its Indonesian operations in the first quarter averaged 77,000 boepd.

It was up 4 percent over the previous quarter following the completion of planned maintenance at Corridor and Tangguh, it said in a report.

The quarterly production however from a year ago was down 6 percent, due to higher nominations for gas from Corridor block in the same period last year, and a working interest repayment in 2012 at Jambi Merang.

Talisman has a 36 percent interest in the ConocoPhillips-operated Corridor block PSC in South Sumatra, a 3.06 percent interest in Tangguh LNG project in West Papua and 25 percent interest in Jambi Merang.
