BP Indonesia and the country?s oil and gas upstream regulator BPMIGAS revised down the LNG delivery target this year from the Tangguh gas field to 101 cargoes from the previous target of 116 cargoes, Bisnis Indonesia reported on Wednesday.
BP Indonesia Country Manager Nico Kanter said that the revision was made after the Tangguh refinery has often experienced technical problem.
He said that the 101 cargoes was the optimum volume the operator could deliver considering the real production capacity this year. He added that as of end of April, as many as 24 cargoes of Tangguh LNG have been shipped. (*)
