Tangguh LNG unaffected by W. Papua quake

The Tangguh LNG project ran normally despite a 6.1-magnitude earthquake that jolted West Papua on Sunday morning, Upstream oil, gas authority BPMIGAS said.

?The earthquake in Manokwari has no effected operations at Tangguh LNG project as it was quite far from the center of the earthquake,? said BPMIGAS spokesman Amir Hamzah.

The Tangguh LNG project, which has production capacity of 7.6MTPA, is located in Bintuni Bay.(godang)
