Tangguh renegotiation team to leave for China next week

The government renegotiation team will leave for China next week to continue renegotiation on the sales contract of LNG from Tangguh LNG Plant in West Papua to Fujian province of China.
The team led by Vice Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Susilo Siswoutomo will depart on Feb. 17 and will return to Indonesia on Feb. 21.
According to the itinerary obtained by Petromindo.com, the team will meet the vice governor of Fujian. Aside from Susilo, the Indonesian renegotiation team includes the director general of oil and gas, commercial deputy of SKK Migas, BP Asia Pacific regional president, BP head of gas value chain and BP Indonesia head of country. Besides, several senior officials of the ministry will also go along.
The renegotiation team will depart at 8.55 pm on Feb. 17 and arrive at 5 a.m. Feb. 18 in Beijing. They will be welcomed by Metro Energi and China Power Investment. They will leave for Fujian the following day. After taking a rest, they will hold a meeting with Fujian Vice Governor Zhang Zinan on Feb. 20
They will return to Indonesia on Feb. 21.
