Tangguh Train 1 resumes normal LNG production

The Train I of the Tangguh LNG plant in West Papua has resumed production at normal capacity after undergoing scheduled maintenance since February, an official with upstream oil, gas authority BPMIGAS said on Wednesday.

BPMIGAS? spokesperson Elan Biantoro told Petromindo.Com that the plant has been producing at the rate of 562 MMCFD since 2-3 days ago.

With Tangguh returning to normal production capacity, Indonesia?s total gas output has now reached approximately 9.1-9.2 billion cubic feed per day (BCFD) currently, he said
