Tanito Coal to sell 15 million tons in 2012

Tanito Coal, one of Indonesia's largest coal miners in East Kalimantan, expects to sell up to 15 million tons of coal in 2012, having sold up to 13 million tons in 2011, according to the company's profile as published in the China Coaltrans book.

The book which was distributed during the conference in Beijing on April 18 says the majority of its production comes from Indonesia-listed PT Harum Energy subsidiary which produces and markets thermal coal from its three concessions namely Mahakam Sumber Jaya, Santan Batubara and Tambang Batubara Harum.

Tanito Coal also produces coal from Tanito Harum.
