Target of oil lifting unchanged for next year

The government won?t change the target of oil lifting in the 2011 state budget, saying this year's target is still realistic for next year, Kontan daily reported on Saturday.
This year's state budget targets oil lifting at 960,000 and 975,000 barrels per day.
The decision not to change the oil lifting target was made during a limited Cabinet meeting attended by among others Minister of Finance, Director General of Oil and Gas and State Minister for Environmental Affairs. (*).
