TBBU, Daya Bambu Sejahtera in haul road, port sharing deal

IDX-listed mining and infrastructure firm PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk reported that its Jambi coal mining subsidiary PT Tanjung Belit Bara Utama (TBBU) has on February 21, 2014 entered into a Coal Hauling Road Usage and Port Operator Service Agreement with PT Daya Bambu Sejahtera (DBS), a third party.
The agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the usage of the coal hauling road and port facilities owned by TBBU located at Teluk Nilau, Suak Samin Village, Pangabuan District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi Province, by DBS.
Period of the agreement is 60 months starting from the first shipment activity using the TBBU Port and may be extendable based on agreement by both parties, the company reported in its consolidated financial statement for the year ending December 31, 2013 released Friday.
The company did not disclose further detail.
