Technics awarded contracts worth S$10.1m from Indonesia, Malaysia

SGX-listed Technics Oil and Gas Limited announced on Tuesday it has been awarded the second leasing contract and outright sales contract worth a total of S$10.1 million from customers in Indonesia and Malaysia.

This leasing contract involves three years rental of five Reciprocating Gas Compressor Engine Driven packages as well as the operations and maintenance support inclusive of Field Service representatives, special tools, spare parts, consumables etc. from Indonesia as well as supply of four units Reciprocating Gas Compressor Engine Driven packages for Malaysia, the firm said in a statement.

The firm, a leading full service integrator of compression systems and process modules for the global offshore oil and gas sector, did not specify the agencies or companies that awarded the contracts

The firm said that despite strong competition from other international competitors, it together with subsidiaries (the Group) was eventually selected due to its excellent technical proposal, experience and proven track record in the related field.
