Tembang project moving fast

ASX-listed Sumatra Copper & Gold Plc announced PT Contromation Energy Services has been selected as the contractor for design and construction at its Tembang project, with the first package of structural steel and tank drawings expected to be completed to provide for a tender in early 2013.
Located in southern Sumatra , the project is 100 percent owned by the Sumatra Copper.
It said that construction schedule remains on track for commissioning and first production in the first quarter of 2014.
Meanwhile, Sumatra Copper has also inked an MoU with Singapore?s SSB Cryogenic Services Pte Ltd, under which the companies will look at options to supply Tembang with LNG through road transported LNG Isotainers and to substitute diesel with LNG as a significantly lower energy source for the project.
