Tender: Govt offers 12 blocks in Second Phase 2010 tender

ANNOUNCEMENT
2nd COALBED METHANE BIDDING ROUND YEAR 2010
Directorate General of Oil and Gas (MIGAS) releases 12 new working acreages for tender (5 direct proposal tender and 7 regular tender) in the 2nd Coalbed Methane Bidding Round Year 2010, and hereby invites interested companies with financial and technical capabilities to participate in the tender.
Based on the joint studios (5 blocks) which has been done between MIGAS an several companies, 5 blocks those are being offered by direct proposal tender are a follow:
1. GMB Kapuas I Block, Central Kalimantan
2. GMB Kapuas II Block, Central Kalimantan
3. GMB Kutai Barat Block, East Kalimantan
4. GMB Kutai Timur Block, East Kalimantan
5. GMB Sijunjung Block, West Sumatra
And 7 blocks by regular tender are as follow:
1. GMB Kampar I Block. Riau
2. GMB Kampar II Block, Riau
3. GMB Pelalawan I Block, Riau
4. GMB Pelalawan II Block, Riau
5. GMB Melak Mendung I Block, East Kalimantan
6. GMB Melak Mendung II Block, East Kalimantan
7. GMB Melak Mendung III Block, East Kalimantan
Interested companies are invited to access Bid Document (one Bid Document correspond to one block) issued by MIGAS and must follow the procedures, term and conditions stated in the Bid Documents.
Bid Documents accesses will start on January 10, 2010.
Interested companies which are considered being qualified and capable as require in this tender qualification and intend to participate in the tender shall submit their Participating Document for Direct Proposal Tender not later than February 24, 2011 and Regular Tender not later than May 10, 2010 between: 09.30-14.30 hours to this following address:
