TGI?s Grissik-Duri pipeline resumes operation

?I was informed on Saturday, that the welding work to repair the leakage on the gas pipeline has been completed,? oil and gas upstream regulator BPMIGAS spokesman Elan Biantoro said in Jakarta on Sunday.
With the completion of the welding work on the leaked part of the pipeline, he hoped the gas supply for CPI?s Duri field from ConocoPhillips? gas field in Grissik, Jambi could be resumed again on Monday.
"Today (Sunday), the pipe was tested. On Monday, we plan to resume the gas supply from the Grissik field,? he said.
TGI spokesman Ivan Irawan confirmed on Monday that the repair has been completed and will be followed by gas-in. He did not give details.
Elan said that the volume of oil produced by PT CPI has decreased to 152,000 barrels per day (bpd) from average 374,000 bpd, BOB Bumi Siak Pusako 14,000 bpd for Friday to Saturday?s production. (godang)
