Three consortia eyeing TSB FPU

The consortia are competing to provide floating production unit (FPU) for Kangean Energy?s Terang Sirasun Batur (TSB) field development, an official with upstream oil, gas authority BPMIGAS said.
Deputy Chairman Hardiono said that the participants are: 1) PT Berlian Laju Tanker-Modec consortium, 2) PT Supraco-Fred Olsen consortium and 3) PT ECI- BW Offshore consortium.
Hardiono did not give detail about the FPU specification.
Kangean Energy Indonesia Limited is the operator of Kangean block offshore East Java. The TSB filed is currently being developed with planned peak production of 300 MMCFD. (godang)
