Three projects in Mahakam PSC to start production in July 2014

Total EP Indonesie (TEPI), a subsidiary of French firm Total SA said it has started drilling activities in Sisi 2B, Nubi 2B, and Peciko 7B fields in Mahakam PSC, East Kalimantan and expected the fields will start up production in the end of July 2014.

?The three platforms at Sisi-Nubi 2B and Peciko 7B projects have been installed and we hope the fields will come to be onstream in the end of July 2014,? VP HR Communications General Services & Audit at TEPI Arividya Novianto told Petromindo.com on Tuesday.

He added that the WPS2 platform at Sisi 2B with the capacity of 200 mmscfd is scheduled to drill 19 development wells, while the WPN3 platform at Nubi 2B with a capacity of 150 mmscfd and the SWP-J platform in Peciko 7B with a capacity of 170 mmscfd are scheduled to drill 14 development wells each.

?Thus, the total production capacity of the three platforms is 520 mmscfd,? he said
