Coal mining company PT Thriveni, a subsidiary of Indian mining firm Thriveni Earthmovers, said that coal production at its mine in Sarolangun, Jambi Province, run by subsidiary PT Minemex Indonesia, has resumed recently following suspension in March.

?This month we have resumed our coal production. In September 2016 our output will be back to normal at the level of 100,000 tons per month,? said C. Kumaresan, Thriveni?s Country Head in Indonesia, to petromindo.com on Friday.

Kumaresan revealed that the coal output will be exported to China and India with composition of 50:50.

The company suspended production activity in recent months due to the drop in the price of the commodity.
