Timah forms strategic alliance with Yunnan Tin

IDX-listed tin mining firm PT Timah Tbk has formed a strategic alliance with China?s state-owned Yunnan Tin Group to cooperate in tin processing specifically tin chemical industry and in the development of tin resources.
Timah said in a statement as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia on Tuesday that the strategic alliance was signed at the Asia Tin Week in Kunming, China, on September at the Asia Tin Week in Kunming, China, on September 14.
As part of the strategic alliance, Timah subsidiary PT Timah Industri also signed an agreement with Yunnan Tin Company Ltd for cooperation in the development of tin downstream industry.
