Timah Industri to double output

IDX-listed tin giant PT Timah Tbk said its subsidiary PT Timah Industri will increase the production of its processed tin products this year.
?Tin solder (output) will be increased from 1,200 tons (per year) to 3,000 tons, while tin chemical from 2,500 tons to 5,000 tons,? said PT Timah Tbk President Director Sukrisno last week.
He said that the doubling of production capacity is in line with the expected completion of a triogycolate acid stabilizer (TGA stab) plant in Cilegon, Banten, in August of this year.
