Timah plans to acquire two coal mines

IDX-listed tin producer PT Timah Tbk plans to acquire two coal mines located in South Sumatra and East Kalimantan.
President Director of Timah Sukrisno hoped that the planned acquisition could be materialized before production period from its existing coal mine Tanjung Alam Jaya (TAJ) in East Kalimantan would end in early 2014.
"Our team is currently conducting due diligence on the two mines," he told Petromindo.com.
