Timah reshuffles management team

IDX-listed tin giant PT Timah Tbk reshuffled its board of directors and commissioners during a shareholders meeting on Friday.

Trenggono Sutioso was appointed as the new Director of Planning, Business Development and Commercial, replacing Purwijayanto. Trenggono was formerly corporate secretary of IDX-listed mining firm PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam).

Alwin Albar, a senior official at Timah, was appointed as Director of Operation and Production, replacing Muhammad Rizki, who was appointed to a newly-created position of Director of Human Resources and General Affairs. Emil Emindra, who was previously director of finance, human resources, and general affairs now holds the position of Director of Finance.

Riza Pahlevi was retained as President Director of the company.

Elsewhere, Timah decided to allocate 30 percent of its 2016 net profit as dividends.
