Timah to issue bonds worth Rp 1.5t in September

IDX-listed tin mining firm PT Timah Tbk plans to issue bonds worth around Rp 1.5 trillion, possibly in September of this year to help finance expansion programs.

Timah Finance Director, Emil Ermindra said on Tuesday that the bonds issuance this year is part of fund raising activities planned by the company through 2019 via bonds.

?We?ll use the proceeds to finance expansion of operations and production,? he said.

Timah has appointed securities firms including Mandiri Sekuritas, Danareksa Sekuritas, BNI Sekuritas, and DBS Vickers Securities as underwriters for the bond issuance this year.
