Tin export raise in June

Indonesia's monthly tin exports reached 8,029.92 tons in June, 9.5 percent increase compared to the previous month at 7,332.5 tons, according to data released by the trade ministry on Monday.
But compared to the same period of last year, tin export is down from 8,661 tons.
Tin exports from January to June rose to 43,263.47 tons from 35,233.55 tons over the same period a year earlier, the ministry said.
More than three quarters of the tin exports were sent to Singapore. The rest was exported to Malaysia, South Korea, the Netherlands, China, Japan, India, and Taiwan. (denny)
