Tin exports down in June

Indonesia's refined tin exports in June this year reached 8,661 tons, a 12.3 percent decrease from 9,873 tons in the previous month.

More than three quarters of the tin exports were sent to Singapore. The rest was exported to Malaysia, South Korea, the Netherlands, China, Japan, India, Hong Kong and Taiwan, the trade ministry Wednesday said.

Indonesia has exported 50,575.2 tons of refined tin from January to June this year, up from 46,322 tons during the same period last year. (*)
