Titan to conduct semi-submersible drilling in Natuna

Titan Resources (Natuna) Indonesia, a company affiliated with Mitra Energy, is planning to conduct semi-submersible drilling activity for one exploration well at its contract area offshore Natuna.

The drilling activity is expected to commence during the second quarter of 2012, the company said.

As part of the plan, the company today launched a tender for rental of oil spill equipment and response service. The registration for interested parties is set for May 8-10, 2012.

The contractor shall provide oil spill equipment and response services. The work will be inclusive of all contractor equipment, contractor-supplied materials and contractor personnel, ancillary equipment instruments, materials, supplies and consumables for the work.
