Toba Bara sets up trading, mining services unit

IDX-listed coal mining firm PT Toba Bara Sejahtra Tbk and its operating subsidiary PT Adimitra Baratama Nusantara (ABN) have set up a new trading and mining services unit called PT Adimitra Baratama Niaga, based on deed of establishment dated September 29, 2017, and which was approved by the Ministry of Laws and Human Rights on October 11.
Toba said in a recent statement that ABN holds 99.9 percent stake in Adimitra Niaga, while the remaining 0.1 percent stake is held by Toba.
The scope of Adimitra Niaga?s activity includes trading, mining and services, barging, industrial, and construction, the statement said.
